Billing and plans

A plan is assigned to a domain. The current plan is shown in the Domains table.

The account balance is kept in the account currency. Plan changes are charged against it.

  1. Open the Billing section.
  2. Enter a top-up amount — manually or with a quick-amount button.
  3. Select a payer.
  4. Choose a payment method: card online (Robokassa) or bank transfer.
  5. For card payments you are redirected to the payment page; for bank transfer an invoice is created.
  6. Once the payment is received, the amount is credited to your balance.

For a ruble bank transfer, an invoice with payment details is available:

  • download the invoice as PDF with the Download invoice (PDF) button;
  • the invoice contains a payment QR code — scan it in your banking app to auto-fill the payment;
  • the payment purpose includes the invoice number — keep it, the payment is matched by it.

The balance is credited once the payment reaches the settlement account.

  1. Open Domains.
  2. Use the domain actions menu and select plan change.
  3. Select a new plan.
  4. WebShield calculates the adjusted amount.
  5. If the balance is sufficient, confirm the balance charge.
  6. If the balance is not sufficient, you will be redirected to Billing for payment.

On the payment page, select an existing payer or create a new one.

Payer types:

  • individual;
  • organization.

To create one, enter the person or company name.

The interface supports:

  • card;
  • bank transfer;
  • balance.

After payment creation, invoice details are shown: ID, amount, currency, and status.

Limits depend on the selected plan. If a domain exceeds included traffic or needs additional features, choose a plan with a larger limit.

Traffic consumption for the billing period is shown on the Traffic tab of the domain statistics (a “used of limit” progress bar).

When a domain exceeds the traffic volume included in its plan:

  • the owner receives an email about the overage (once per billing period);
  • the delivery speed while proxying for the domain and all its subdomains is temporarily reduced to the plan value (100 KB/s by default);
  • a reduced-speed notice appears in the domain statistics.

The limit is lifted automatically at the start of the next billing period or after upgrading to a plan with a larger included volume.

The number of DNS records per domain is limited by the plan. Attempting to add a record beyond the limit is rejected — choose a plan with a larger record limit.
